During our whale watching tours we endeavour to collect any potential dangers to the marine life and boats in our area.
In the picture, our crew displays some of the ‘flotsam’ collected in the past weeks, including hundreds of metres of binding tape, rope, buoys and plastic container.
October’s marine life sightings with Southern Right Charters
Guests on board ‘Miroshca’ have, over the past few months had the chance to observe the Southern Right whales as they relax, mate and play in their home waters.With much speculation that the numbers of whales in the Bay this year are less, we have not seen a significant increase or decrease in numbers in comparison to last year’s sightings.
